What you'll do: 

As a R&D System Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective functioning of the Systems Project Office (SPO) by managing resources and enabling the team to deliver high-quality electrical and electronic systems with seamless performance and integration. In detail, you will: 

• Focus on the electrical and electronic system specifically tied to a Food Preparation category: Free Standing Cookers (Ranges)

• Responsible to deliver the electrical and electronic system within the project's cost, quality, and time constraints

• Responsible to designed the electrical and electronic system to meet stakeholder requirements

• Oversee the allocation and optimization of resources, including people, facilities, and equipment.

• Ensure the team has the necessary tools and environment to perform effectively.

• Support team members’ professional growth through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

• Act as a bridge between leadership and operational teams to ensure clarity in strategy and execution.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration across various teams and stakeholders.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.

Who you are: 

You have: 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related Engineering fields; 

• Solid experience within Leadership roles and as a Project Leader managing multicultural and remote teams;

• Understanding of overall engineering, manufacturing, and assembly principles; 

• Experience working on household appliance industry, consumer electronics and hardware/electronics development projects is a plus;

• Experience with Agile, Lean, SAFe, or other scaled agile frameworks is a plus;

• Advanced English.
