What you'll do:
As a R&D System Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective functioning of the Systems Project Office (SPO) by managing resources and enabling the team to deliver high-quality electrical and electronic systems with seamless performance and integration. In detail, you will:

Focus on the electrical and electronic system specifically tied to a Food Preparation category: Free Standing Cookers (Ranges)

Responsible to deliver the electrical and electronic system within the project's cost, quality, and time constraints

Responsible to designed the electrical and electronic system to meet stakeholder requirements
-
Oversee the allocation and optimization of resources, including people, facilities, and equipment.

Ensure the team has the necessary tools and environment to perform effectively.

Support team members’ professional growth through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Act as a bridge between leadership and operational teams to ensure clarity in strategy and execution.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across various teams and stakeholders.
-
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
Who you are:
You have:
-
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related Engineering fields;
-
Solid experience within Leadership roles and as a Project Leader managing multicultural and remote teams;
-
Understanding of overall engineering, manufacturing, and assembly principles;
-
Experience working on household appliance industry, consumer electronics and hardware/electronics development projects is a plus;

Experience with Agile, Lean, SAFe, or other scaled agile frameworks is a plus;
-
Advanced English.

You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba. One of the focal points for all Latin American Electrolux operations, this plant is the base for over 3200 collaborators, all focused on transforming the way the world lives by shaping lives for the better with their work.
