We are seeking a Data Scientist with a strong background in chemistry or biological sciences to support our R&D team’s artificial intelligence platform development. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex microbiological data into a standardized digital format, and building dashboards to interact with the data, with suitability for artificial intelligence platform usage.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with R&D scientists to understand current data generation and storage practices
· Build data input documents across multiple testing methodologies to enable easy upload and visualization in ELN/LIMS tools
· Build workflows to aggregate historical data from diverse sources
- Proven experience in data science, including data processing and analysis
- Understanding of the interface of data, software, and laboratory experiments
- Ability to handle and preprocess large datasets
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
- Familiarity with data structuring for AI evaluation and development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience working in a laboratory setting
- Knowledge of microbiological data and research methodologies
