What's on the Menu:
We are looking for an inspirational, experienced professional, who will play a strong role in driving the Transformation across R&D for the International Zone. The role is part of R&D Emerging Markets and Developed Markets and will report into the International R&D Transformation Lead.
The Capabilities Analyst is responsible for the Product Lifecycle Management process within R&D. This responsibility consists of 1) owning the process by which specification are managed within R&D EM&DM; 2) Training and coaching of users in the process and any associated tools; 3) Supporting and enhancing the digital tools for spec management and reporting. The analyst will partner with global R&D and PLM users, R&D teams inside R&D EMDM and across the zones and users in other functions.
Specifically the Analysts will be the main EM&DM project lead in the project to transition from the current system into a new system.
Key Ingredients:

  • Own and maintain the process of PLM in R&D EM&DM.
  • Support the trouble shooting and enhancement of the PLM system
  • Train and support users on both the process and the system.
  • Continuously improve the data quality of our specifications.
  • Challenge and improve our current way of working.
  • Engage across the EMDM with all team to harmonize and elevate the process.
  • Engage with the NA team to align on ways of working and drive global harmonization.
  • Be the key member of the project team to replace the current system for R&D EM&DM.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with PLM system and structures
  • IT project management / key participant experience
  • Understand how to collect and safeguard implementation of key requirements
  • Ability to think along with the implementation team to find solutions in system or process
  • Ability to work with large sets of data and to measure data quality
  • Good problem solving/analysis skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with the CPG industry a plus.
  • Keen interest in technical solutions.
