This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office working the NIGHT SHIFT. Hours are 6:30pm-3:30am IST. Remote applicants will not be considered. ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and resolve complex AR and denial-related issues.
Analyze denial trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Initiate and lead payer calls for escalated denial inquiries and disputes.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce aging and denial rates while improving reimbursement.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address root causes of denials.
Mentor Level 1 associates on advanced AR and denial management techniques.
Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims as required.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of denial activities, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Associate degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in denial management or revenue cycle management.
Proficiency with medical billing software and denial tracking systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills for negotiating claim resolutions with payers.
Ability to lead, guide others, and work independently.
