Are you passionate about precision and performance? We’re looking for a RCM Facilitator to join our team and take charge of maintaining and troubleshooting critical instrumentation systems. If you have a strong understanding of sensors, control systems, and field instruments — and thrive in minimizing downtime and ensuring accurate operations — this role is made for you! 

Role & Responsibilities 
RCM Facilitator with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of reliability-centered maintenance methodologies, asset management practices, and failure analysis techniques. This role will involve leading RCM workshops, optimizing maintenance strategies, and driving asset reliability improvements to enhance safety, compliance, and operational performance.

  • Lead RCM workshops, engaging cross-functional teams to identify failure modes, analyze risks, and determine appropriate maintenance strategies.

  • Facilitate discussions on functional failures, failure modes, and effects to optimize asset performance and reliability.

  • Collaborate with asset managers to develop asset hierarchies and criticality assessments.

  • Provide expertise in integrating RCM methodologies into the asset management framework

  • .Analyze historical maintenance and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization

  • Train and mentor maintenance teams, engineers, and other stakeholders on RCM principles and practices.

  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance organizational understanding of reliability engineering.

  • Ensure all maintenance and reliability initiatives align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Stay updated on advancements in RCM methodologies and oil and gas industry practices.

  • Advanced certifications in RCM, reliability engineering, or asset management (e.g., CMRP, CRL, ARP) are highly preferred.

  • Expertise in RCM methodologies, RCA, FMEA, and predictive maintenance tools.

  • Proficiency in CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.

  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills to drive collaboration among diverse teams.

  • Leadership abilities with a focus on mentoring and empowering team members.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for complex operational challenges

Due to the current regional situation in the Middle East, the position will initially be based at our Bangalore office. This temporary arrangement ensures continuity of operations and a smooth onboarding experience. Once conditions stabilize and safe deployment is possible, you will transition to our Bahrain office as originally planned.

Skills Required

  • Deep understanding of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) methodologies
  • Experience in asset management practices and developing asset hierarchies/criticality assessments
  • Failure analysis skills (RCA) and FMEA expertise
  • Proficiency with CMMS platforms such as SAP PM or Maximo
  • Experience analyzing historical maintenance and operational data to identify trends and risks
  • Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional RCM workshops
