The Role
As an RBT at KIDS ABA Services, you will implement ABA treatment plans for children, collect data, and collaborate with families to foster independence and skills development.
Summary Generated by Built In

At KIDS ABA Services, we believe ABA is more than a service—it’s an opportunity to change the trajectory of a child’s life. Every moment of engagement, every new skill gained, and every step toward independence matters. We build teams of clinicians who are energized by progress, grounded in ethical and evidence-based practice, and united by a shared mission: helping children thrive.

We’re looking for RBTs who want more than a job; we’re looking for individuals who want to make meaningful contributions to children, families, and the future of the ABA field.

Your Role & Impact

As an RBT at KIDS ABA Services, you will work directly with children to build communication, social, functional, and adaptive skills that foster independence. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, partner with families, and celebrate progress big and small.

Your work matters—and it creates lasting impact for both children and their families.

What You’ll Do

Therapy Implementation

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA

  • Use evidence-based teaching strategies during structured and play-based activities

  • Reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills

Data & Reporting

  • Collect data accurately throughout sessions

  • Document session notes thoroughly and on time

  • Report clinical observations to the supervising BCBA

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with families and caregivers to support generalization across environments

  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development

  • Communicate respectfully with supervisors and colleagues

Professional Standards

  • Maintain RBT certification and adhere to the BACB code of ethics

  • Uphold confidentiality, dignity, and client rights at all times

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who believe ABA should empower children—not restrict them—and who care about building confidence and independence through compassionate, ethical practice.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Active RBT certification

  • Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies with fidelity

  • Strong communication and professionalism with children, families, and clinicians

  • Ability to work well as part of a clinical team

  • Comfort working with children who have developmental or behavioral needs

Who Thrives in This Role
You will thrive here if you:

  • Enjoy working with children and celebrating their progress

  • Approach challenges with curiosity, patience, and resilience

  • Communicate openly and respectfully with families and supervisors

  • Are organized, reliable, and consistent with documentation and expectations

  • Care about doing the work ethically—not just quickly or conveniently

  • Believe that ABA should build independence, capability, and confidence

  • Want to grow clinically and professionally within the field

What Matters to Us
We are a strong match for RBTs who value:

  • Kindness and compassion paired with evidence-based practice

  • Respect for family voice and cultural context

  • Team collaboration and constructive feedback

  • Growth mindset and continuous learning

  • Ethical, child-centered care over volume or checklists

Why Join KIDS ABA Services

We believe children succeed when the people serving them are supported, respected, and given the tools to do meaningful work. Our RBTs are not viewed as interchangeable staff, they are essential members of the clinical team and play a direct role in helping children build independence, confidence, and daily-life skills.

Here’s what makes KIDS ABA Services different:

Clinical Support Over Pressure

We do not believe in “sink or swim” environments. You’ll receive hands-on coaching, modeling, and consistent feedback from BCBAs who care about your professional success and well-being — not just your productivity numbers.

Clear Pathways for Growth & Advancement

ABA is a field with tremendous advancement potential, and we invest in it. Whether you want to become a Senior RBT, a BCaBA, a BCBA, or enter a supervisory or training track, we’ll support you with:

  • training

  • supervision

  • leadership opportunities

Your career shouldn’t be stuck at the entry level unless that’s what you want.

A Culture That Values Ethics and Humanity

We are committed to being part of the positive evolution of the ABA field. That means:

  • child-centered treatment

  • collaboration with families

  • prioritizing outcomes over hours

  • and protecting the dignity of every client

If you care about doing ABA the right way, you’ll feel at home here.

Team-Based Mission

You won’t be alone in sessions trying to figure it out. Our approach is collaborative, our RBTs work closely with BCBAs and other teammates to help children achieve meaningful outcomes that generalize outside the clinic.

Work That Actually Feels Meaningful

Every session is an opportunity to teach a child a skill that gives them more access to their world — whether that’s:

  • requesting their needs

  • playing socially

  • communicating

  • reducing frustration

  • and much more

You will see the progress you help create, and it feels good to watch a child win.

A Stable, Supportive Work Environment

We focus on systems, communication, and leadership so that clinicians can do their best work without unnecessary chaos or burnout. You will have:

  • reliable scheduling

  • clear expectations

  • approachable leadership

  • real feedback loops

  • and time to grow professionally

We Invest in Our People Because Kids Deserve the Best

We know children get better outcomes when clinicians feel valued, resourced, and taken seriously. We want to build a place where clinicians stay, grow, and take pride in their craft.

Be Part of Something Bigger

As an RBT at KIDS ABA Services, you won’t just be running programs, you’ll be helping children gain confidence, build skills, and move toward greater independence.

If you’re ready to bring your compassion, curiosity, and professionalism to a place where your work truly matters, we’d love to meet you.

Apply today and help children grow stronger, more capable, and more confident—one meaningful moment at a time.
