Jobs at KIDS ABA Services

Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, teaching communication, social, play, problem-solving, and daily living skills. They implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect behavioral data, document sessions, collaborate with clinicians and families, and maintain ethical, compassionate care. Paid training and support toward RBT certification are provided, with no prior experience required.

Implements individualized ABA treatment plans for children under BCBA supervision. Teaches communication, social, functional, and adaptive skills through evidence-based strategies; collects session data, documents notes, reports observations, collaborates with families and clinical teams, and maintains ethical standards and active RBT certification.
