Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles, design onboarding, manage benefits and payroll (Paycom), ensure HR compliance (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO, Arkansas law), handle employee relations and retention programs, and develop handbook and HR processes.

Manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure sessions run smoothly: cover staffing gaps, resolve conflicts, handle parent concerns, track authorizations, run enrollment and onboarding, and support credentialing so clinicians can focus on patient care.
