The ITD Group is an independent, locally-owned ABA therapy clinic expanding into Savannah, Georgia. Since 2014, we've built a reputation for providing high-quality, ethical, evidence-based ABA services. We believe that quality clinical work requires a supportive team, reasonable hours (no on-call), and mentors who actually teach you.

You'll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in our state-of-the-art Savannah clinic (2280 E Victory Drive, Savannah, GA 31404). You'll work with children with autism and developmental delays, implementing treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA with precision and care.

You'll see the progress. You'll build relationships with families. And you'll have a team behind you supporting your growth every step of the way.

• Deliver direct ABA therapy with procedural fidelity, following treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data on every target during every session using Motivity software
• Complete comprehensive session notes immediately after each session, documenting medically necessary services
• Support skill development in communication, social skills, daily living, academics, and play
• Implement behavior reduction strategies exactly as designed, with consistency and care
• Participate in regular, structured supervision sessions and implement BCBA feedback between sessions
• Utilize AAC devices and interactive game systems to make therapy engaging and effective
• Build strong partnerships with families, positioning them as active participants in their child's progress
• Collaborate with a team of BCBAs, clinical staff, and other professionals committed to comprehensive care
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training to grow your skills

• Active RBT certification (BACB) in good standing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical practice standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—with kids, families, and team members
• Genuine passion for making a real difference in children's lives
• Dependable, flexible, and responsive to client needs
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Commitment to thorough, accurate documentation in Motivity

• 1+ years of experience in an ABA setting
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays in a clinic setting
• Background in special education or a related field
• Familiarity with data collection systems and ABA software
• Safety Care training certification

Your compensation grows as you grow. We use a transparent, performance-based merit system that rewards excellence. Here's how it works:

Every year, we evaluate you across five key areas: clinical skills and session delivery, response to supervision and professional growth, documentation accuracy and timeliness, attendance and reliability, and professional conduct.

• High performers (consistently exceeding expectations): 5-7% merit increase + bonus consideration
• Meeting expectations: 3-4% annual merit increase

We believe in transparency. You'll receive a Role Guide that defines exactly what success looks like, and a structured annual evaluation with clear scoring. You'll always know where you stand and what your path to growth looks like.

We believe in doing excellent clinical work—and we set you up to succeed. Reasonable caseloads, structured supervision using Behavioral Skills Training (BST), and BCBA leadership you can actually talk to. No on-call requirements. Predictable hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM). This is what sustainable clinical practice looks like.
