As an RBDS Technician, you will:

  • Undergo comprehensive training on RBDS equipment and service standards.
  • Deliver decontamination services to high safety and customer service standards.
  • Work under the RBDS Service Manager on large-scale deployments.
  • Manage project planning, execution, and service delivery after initial shadowing.
  • Support both frontline and back-office RBDS processes.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of apprentice-level employees.
  • Travel internationally, sometimes on short notice.
  • Collaborate with Bioquell’s global subsidiaries and distributors.
  • Safely lead and complete medium to large decontamination projects.
  • Serve as the customer liaison for all on-site operational activities including pre-site meetings, site surveys, and process planning.
  • Provide on-site team leadership and project ownership.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • B.E/B.Tech. or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • High energy, initiative, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently on-site and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • BSc or equivalent in Engineering/Science with hands-on technical skills.
  • Project management and leadership experience (preferred).
  • Candidates must be or be willing to be vaccinated against specific microorganisms.
