Job Description
To be the responsible for the opening purchase orders on time based on short and long term supply and production plan, sharing firm and forecast orders with suppliers, clarifying the loading plan. Conducting risk analysis based on supplier performance, escalating the risk when necessary. Monitoring stock and supply chain losses and taking actions to prevent both indicators from exceeding the AOP level. Supporting the project time plan and successful transition to series by establishing effective communication with other functions.
Key Accountabilities
Ensuring the continuity of the supply chain
• Making stock planning and comparing with production programs,
• Communicating with companies from which supply is made,
• Ensuring that the necessary production is carried out in accordance with the annual budget and delivering the materials completely for this purpose,
• Creating the necessary reports and analyses,
• Checking the details such as safety stocks and minimum order quantities,
• Taking action and following up on the actions to reduce the cost of poor quality in the storage of materials,
• Determining the current production and consumption values and estimating the need for materials to be supplied in the future.
• Providing support to the relevant units regarding their own functions during the project phase.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Business Management is preferable
- 1-2 years working experience in S&OP Roles
- English level - advanced
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Ability to risk assess and make decisions
