You will help drive Rates derivative business for Deutsche Bank’s institutional client base in London and Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), partnering closely with Sales, Trading, and Research. The role consists of generating bespoke trade ideas and strategies, tailored client content, as well as analysis to help close derivative transactions.

You will have deep market expertise, high technical competence, extremely strong work ethic, and strong interpersonal skills. The role is client facing and requires the ability to relay technical trading details as well as clearly articulate market opportunities.

Your key responsibilities

• Generate Strategic and tactical trade ideas for institutional clients
• Collaborate with Sales and Trading teams to create, model and price new products
• Drive analysis and content production
• Create thematic content for institutional clients, split between Macro investors, United Kingdom (UK) and European pension funds and insurers
• Actively pitch ideas to sales and clients

Your skills and experience

• Deep understanding of Rates markets and products
• Strong mathematical and technical background
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly detail-oriented approach to assessing requirements
• Dedicated and self-going with ability to problem solve and execute
