Deutsche Bank Research is responsible for economic and financial analysis within Deutsche Bank Group and covers asset allocation and all major industry sectors. We analyse relevant trends for the bank in financial markets, the economy and society, highlight risks and opportunities and act as consultant for the bank, its clients and stakeholders.
You will sit with the Global Rates Strategy team. You will work with high profile individuals with significant internal and external reach. You will be tasked with providing clients, sales and trading with written research and face to face interaction.

Your key responsibilities
-
You will be responsible for close monitoring of global macro events impacting Inflation in multiple geographies
-
Liaison with Regional Chief Economists to ascertain and understand key data releases and the impact on macro economic forecasts globally

Preparation of briefing notes and commentary for senior stakeholders to analyse impact of current and forthcoming policy internally and externally

Speak at internal sales and trading meetings

Be a major contributing author to the team's key publications

You will be responsible for Producing financial modeling including projections for key macro variables
Your skills and experience
-
Extensive experience in bottom-up forecasting of inflation as well as the pricing and valuation of inflation linked instruments

Strong grasp of macro economic dependencies

A background in macro analysis and policy making environments

Strong financial modeling skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Bloomberg and/or Thomson Reuters

Strong interpersonal skills
