As a Vice President in our Rates & FX Sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing key financial institution client relationships, including day-to-day execution of Foreign Exchange (FX), FX Options and Rates (flow and structured) products. You will also work closely with our business partners including product specialists ranging from structuring, trading, and research, broadening your exposure and experience.
Job Responsibilities

  • Transact in these products across a broad range of clients (asset managers, insurance accounts, pension funds, banks, hedge funds, etc).
  • Work with our collaborators in trading centers across major trading hubs (Tokyo, Singapore, London etc), and research to provide comprehensive client coverage, including fulfilling client requests for market updates, assisting with the execution of client orders and providing clients with market intelligence.
  • Take responsibilities for the trade execution process including pricing, negation, trade booking and post-trade life cycle management.
  • Develop and maintain strong and lasting client relationships
  • Help maximize revenue with existing clients whilst building relationships with prospective clients.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate effectively and deliver the client agenda


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Execute both in FX & Rates products and a solid understanding of macroeconomics
  • Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative abilities
  • Fluent and proficient in Japanese and English, both verbal and written
  • Creative problem solver with ability to perform well under pressure
  • Strong team player that is detail oriented with a highly disciplined approach to process and quality control
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in financial services industry


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong proficiency in Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
