What will you do at MMDSmart?

• Ensure suppliers’ pricing for different services is kept up to date across company systems, including timely communication with suppliers and internal teams to resolve pricing-related questions or discrepancies.
• Ensure pricing for the Company’s internal products is kept up to date in all applicable systems and platforms.
• Maintain and keep up to date the global database of telephone numbering related to Voice and SMS services.
• Create, maintain and update templates used for automated customer notifications related to pricing updates and invoicing.
• Monitor changes in the telecommunications market related to billing increments and ensure that relevant updates are reflected in company systems.
• Provide pricing-related support and guidance to cross-functional teams interacting with partner pricing and tariff structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve system usage, automation and efficiency of pricing management processes, including implementation of various tariff models.

You are a perfect match if you have:

• Confident computer user.
• Strong practical skills in spreadsheet tools (Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice Calc or equivalent), including ability to navigate, review and analyze large datasets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Comfortable interacting with people, explaining problems, and working toward solutions.
• Basic experience working with email clients (e.g., Gmail, Thunderbird, etc.).
• Knowledge of Russian language will be a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with large volumes of structured pricing data where precision is critical.
• Ability to perform repetitive operational tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and potential risks in pricing data.
