What You Will Do
The Sr. Data Integrity Analyst will be responsible for supporting and leading the execution of initiatives to ensure the accuracy of data and reporting. This position will support data integrity across the Endoscopy Division with a focus on the Communications Business Unit. It will be necessary to collaborate with Division/BU stakeholders and members of the Business Intelligence Team. This individual will need to understand the various systems used throughout the businesses including how the systems feed information across platforms (e.g. SFDC, SAP (ECC/S4), Oracle, ServiceMax). This role will require the ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and implementation of corrective actions through the creation/execution of processes and procedures to ensure sustainment of accuracy. It will also require the creation of tracking and reports for communication to the SLT regarding trends, business risks and customer impact.
- Ensuring traceability of product through the entire supply chain and lifecycle

- Material setup discrepancies
- Missing equipment in S4 and/or ServiceMax
- Serial number corrections
- Product hold support
- QIP Requirements and Checklists
- Track and identify trends to improve resolution time and any impacts to the business and our customers.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, data science or a related field with applicable data analytics work experience is required
- 2+ years of relevant work experience required.
- Proficiency required in data transformation and cleansing.
- Ability to clearly articulate solutions and present data in a meaningful way to stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, build strong relationships, and be held accountable.
- $ 67,400 - $136,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 30%
