As a Rapid Response Team Lead, you will:
- Lead the Rapid Response Team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity incidents with urgency and expertise.
- Develop and refine incident response protocols, ensuring alignment with the latest cybersecurity standards and emerging threats.
- Oversee network asset documentation, configuration management, and the CMDB to support IT and security operations.
- Conduct simulation exercises and incident analyses to enhance response effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with intelligence teams and stakeholders while ensuring ongoing training for the team to stay ahead of evolving threats.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field
- 3+ years as a Lead Project Manager
- 3+ years in a DoD IT environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
