Alisal, a luxury 10,500 private acre working Ranch and Resort in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country is seeking an experienced
and service-oriented Ranch Hand II to join our team.
This full-time position entails working all aspects of the Cattle Ranch operation, ranch duties and facilities, assisting Ranch Hands and
Cattle Manager with basic plumbing, construction, mechanical tasks, fence repair, farming, wood cutting, splitting, and performing
other projects as required and assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior Ranch Hand experience desired but not required.
• Integrity, dependability, and adaptability.
• Skilled at multi-tasking, heightened attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull minimum 50-100 lbs.
• Able to work on site and to stand, sit, walk, and move continuously for duration of shift.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to present proof of identity and legal right to work in the United States post offer, pre-employment.
• Must have valid CA Driver License to be covered by Alisal’s fleet insurance
• Conditional offer subject to criminal background and DMV check.
• Open availability to accommodate varying schedules as well as able to work on weekends and holidays.
PAY AND BENEFITS
• Position pay is $24-$26 per hour DOE.
