Perform cleaning and maintenance of public areas, guest rooms, offices, and storage: vacuuming, carpet and floor care, trash and recycling removal, window and exterior washing, restroom cleaning and restocking, dusting and polishing, and operating cleaning equipment. Requires physical stamina, lifting up to 50 lbs, on-site availability, and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Perform daily upkeep of the golf course: mow greens, tees, fairways, rough; maintain bunkers; edge around trees, paths, and signs; plant and water vegetation; assist with irrigation repairs; set up course (cup cutting, divot filling, ball mark repair), trash pickup, and equipment upkeep.

Perform basic facilities maintenance across a luxury ranch and resort, handling plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, construction/remodeling, and straightforward troubleshooting. Complete projects with attention to detail, provide excellent guest interactions, and work primarily nights and weekends on site.

Provide escorted trail rides and horseback riding lessons for guests, perform general barn maintenance and basic horse care (feeding, mucking), ensure guest safety with CPR/First Aid, assist with equipment and tractor operation, and maintain high customer service standards during variable schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Perform general cattle ranch and ranch-facilities work including fence repair, basic plumbing, construction, mechanical tasks, wood cutting/splitting, farming, and assisting the Cattle Manager and other Ranch Hands. Must handle physical labor, lift 50–100 lbs, work varied schedules including weekends and holidays, and pass background and DMV checks.

Greet and seat guests at restaurant and F&B venues, present menus, handle phone and electronic inquiries, manage and edit reservations for services and special functions, assist guests during their visit, and ensure courteous departures. Maintain service standards, use POS systems, and perform physical tasks as needed.

Lead guided 2-hour e-bike tours on a 10,500-acre ranch, instructing guests on safe e-bike operation, selecting appropriate trails, setting up bikes, managing group safety, and maintaining bikes while delivering excellent guest experiences.
