Your daily routine would include:

• Conceptual planning and architecture design of the Radio Access Network.
• Define and implement RAN planning, dimensioning, and optimization strategies.
• Ensure best-in-class 5G, 4G network performance.
• Perform testing, tuning, and implementation of new and existing RAN features and parameters.
• Participation in A1 Group and cross-country activities.
• Spectrum strategy development.
• RAN modernization scenarios and long-term network strategy.
• Layering strategy and capacity optimization.
• VoNR, 5G SA launch, deployment, and optimization.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Experience in mobile RAN engineering.
• Knowledge of 5G and LTE radio network functionality.
• Strong understanding of RAN technical specifications and algorithms.
• Proven experience with network optimization and performance improvement.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of automation AI/ML and network analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of IP networks.
