- Drive operational excellence to ensure no IT system/infrastructure related issues cause any business impact at the site.
- Establish strong process to ensure any issue is communicated and remediated in a timely manner working with site key users and support teams.
- Execute a robust IT change management process, preventing incidents/unplanned outages.
- Ensure IT Compliance to both industry and P&G SRE standards is achieved. The Site Reliability Engineer focuses on ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our systems and platforms, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to our users.
- Ensure IT Continuity planning (infrastructure and application continuity, IT resiliency, operational & disaster recovery) is in place.
- Drive 1-2 key data projects at site and/or any key region/global priorities in the BU which may involve design, development and implementing data and analytics cloud-based analytics platforms and pipelines that acquire, cleanse, transform, and publish data from a wide variety of sources.
