Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join the Risk and Identity Services (RaIS) Product team in Europe.

This role will be focused on commercial planning and go-to-market activities, and will involve cross-functional collaboration with Product owners, Sales and Finance.

The successful candidate would have a strong background in providing data-driven insights that help shape commercial decisions and directly impact the growth and success of our product offerings. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a data-rich environment and can translate complex datasets into actionable insights to support both product strategy and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide data-driven insights to inform product strategy and commercial decision-making, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to generate key performance metrics for client engagements and sales performance.
  • Aggregate, process, and analyse complex datasets to produce clear, actionable insights for product, sales, and executive teams.
  • Work with BI reporting systems (MicroStrategy, Tableau) and develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Power BI that provide insights on key product performance metrics (client retention, revenue, transaction volume growth, fraud performance, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide ongoing data support for key product and commercial initiatives, as well as client-facing activities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor data to provide valuable insights that help refine the product strategy.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in commercial decision-making processes.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in data analysis, aggregation, processing, and reporting within a commercial or product-focused environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, as well as data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience working with reporting platforms such as MicroStrategy
• A background in the payments industry and/or with risk and identity services, is a plus
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Good business acumen and an understanding of how data insights influence product strategy and sales outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, or cloud-based data platforms.
• SQL skills and experience with database management and query writing
• Knowledge of Go-to-Market strategies and how data supports commercial decision-making.
