What You'll Do

As a Radiologic Technologist, you'll play a key role in helping providers diagnose injuries and conditions by producing high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and position patients for radiographic procedures while ensuring comfort, safety, and privacy

  • Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations and obtain high-quality digital images

  • Operate radiographic and C-arm equipment safely and effectively

  • Review images for technical quality, anatomical accuracy, and proper patient identification

  • Follow radiation safety protocols and industry best practices to minimize exposure

  • Maintain examination rooms and imaging equipment to ensure compliance and operational readiness

  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and fellow team members to deliver exceptional patient care

  • Assist with additional clinical and departmental responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Current Virginia Radiologic Technologist License  

  • ARRT Certification  

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program  

  • At least 1 year of Radiologic Technologist experience, preferred  


Compensation Range for this position:

$28.08 - $42.12

Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.

Skills Required

  • Current Virginia Radiologic Technologist License
  • ARRT Certification
