Foundation Health Partners (FHP) is looking for Radiology Technologists to join the team! 


Pay & Benefits:

  • Compensation: $33.12 to $53.00 hourly wage based on experience and education
  • Retention Bonus: $20,000 Retention Bonus for eligible new hires
  • Relocation Assistance: up to $7,500 Relocation Assistance

  • Shifts Available:       - INPATIENT: 4 Full-Time Shifts Available, Call and Holiday Coverage Required

 * 10-hour fluoroscopy course required prior to employment

  • Shift 1: Friday, Saturday & Sunday: (Friday: 8:30AM -9:00PM  Saturday/Sunday 9:00AM - 9:00PM)
  • Shift 2: Saturday, Sunday, Monday: (Saturday/Sunday 8:00AM - 8:00PM, Monday 6:30AM - 7:00PM)
  • Shift 3:  Wednesday - Friday 8:30AM - 9:00PM
  • Shift 4: To Be Determined - Schedule is being finalized and confirmed at interview

Shift Differentials Available: $2.00/hr. Weekend- $2.50/hr. Evening - $6.00/hr. Night

Responsibilities
  • Performs radiographic procedures and analysis according to departmental guidelines. Uses independent judgment and applies learned methodologies according to established policy and procedures.
  • Educates patients/families regarding procedure and/or treatment to be performed as well as risk factors and prevention. Demonstrates professional behavior/conduct in all interactions; fosters teamwork, efficient use of resources and quality patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrates competence in performing prescribed invasive/interventional procedures if applicable in accordance with established policies.
  • Performs and evaluates equipment quality control measurements. Demonstrates the ability to trouble shoot and notifies appropriate personnel to maintain equipment performance. Maintains a safe environment for patients, personnel, and visitors. Adheres to safety policies.
  • Accountable for the ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities related to radiology practice. This includes maintaining confidentiality of all work information.
  • Assures the efficient operation of workflow of the department by performing other duties as assigned. Monitors and maintains an adequate inventory of supplies and material to ensure non-interruption of services. 
  • Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of Foundation Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.

    Qualifications

    Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiology program.


    Requires national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensure by the state regulatory agency if applicable. BLS certification required.


    This position requires clinical knowledge typically achieved with 1 year of experience. Must demonstrate effective communication skills, human relations skills, analyze data and solve problems.

    Additional related education and/or experience preferred.

    Skills Required

    • Certificate or diploma from an approved or accredited radiology program
    • National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
    • State radiologic technologist licensure, if applicable
    • Basic Life Support certification
    • At least 1 year of clinical knowledge or experience
    • Effective communication and human relations skills
    • Ability to analyze data and solve problems
    • Additional related education and/or experience
