ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Works for Multiple physicians
- Must be able to work and travel to Artesia and Carlsbad
- Perform clinical assessment and diagnostic imaging examinations according to department protocols.
- Analyze imaging, synthesize imaging information and medical history, and document proper information for physician.
- Assume responsibility for safety, mental and physical comfort of patient while in the care of the technologist.
- Assist with daily operations of the department
- Maintain diagnostic equipment and work area, and maintains adequate supplies.
- Use independent judgment during patient exam to accurately differentiate normal and pathologic findings.
- Order and stock supplies for AGH material department.
- Purge and maintain disposal log for plain film exams.
- Assist Clinical assistants as time allows between exams.

Qualifications
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education – Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology.
- Work Experience – N/A
- Training- N/A
- License/Certification – ARRT and State of New Mexico certifications; current compliance with CME requirements for specialty(ies) as appropriate.
