Radiologic Technologist – Full-Time Position – Raleigh Location
We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist with experience in orthopaedic imaging to join our dynamic clinical team. This role specializes in obtaining high-quality diagnostic images that assist our orthopaedic providers in delivering precise, effective care. From sprains to complex fractures, you'll be a critical part of the diagnostic and treatment journey for patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic radiologic imaging (X-rays) specific to orthopaedic protocols and positioning
- Collaborate with physicians to capture detailed views of musculoskeletal structures for accurate assessment
- Ensure appropriate imaging techniques based on patient condition, age, and mobility
- Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal performance and image clarity
- Practice strict adherence to radiation safety guidelines for patients and staff
- Ensure proper documentation, image storage, and EMR integration
- Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients during imaging procedures
- Assist clinical staff in supporting patient flow and optimizing room turnover as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT certification and valid state Radiologic Technologist license (as applicable)
- Minimum 1–2 years of radiologic experience; orthopaedic imaging experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in PACS and digital radiography systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, professional demeanor
- Ability to adapt to varied patient needs, including pediatric and post-surgical cases
Physical Requirements:
- Physical guidelines include ability to be exposed to minimal radiation, stand/walk for up to eight hours/day, bend, stoop, twist, assist patients in turning, assist patient in arising from exam table, push wheelchair patients, and assist patient in arising from and returning to wheelchair.
- Physical requirements also include repetitive lifting of objects weighing up to 11 pounds with occasional lifting to 30 pounds.

Compensation:
- $24.50–32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Skills Required
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
