Radiologic Technologist:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours.
Experience: no experience required.
Certification: Obtained ARRT registry OR Registry eligible (Achieve registry within 6 months of eligibility); Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.
Advanced Radiologic Technologist:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours.
Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelor's degree program.
Certification: ARRT (R); Basic Life Support (BLS)
Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.
Current Radiologic Technologists who are moving to Advanced Radiologic Technologist title on the career ladder must complete all required Radiologic Technologist competencies.
Senior Radiologic Technologist:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours.
Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelor's degree program.
Certification: ARRT (R); Basic Life Support (BLS)
Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.
Current Advanced Radiologic Technologists who are moving to Senior Radiologic Technologist title on the career ladder must complete all required Radiologic AND Advanced Radiologic Technologist competencies
