Under the direction of a Radiologist with minimal supervision, performs radiographic procedures. Responsible for designated areas or procedures; performs procedures requiring independent judgment.How you grow, learn and thrive matters here.

Responsibilities:
- Performs imaging procedures, operating appropriate equipment.
- Processes imaging media, trouble shoots and corrects problems.
- Performs basic nursing care.
- Performs departmental clerical duties.
- Ensures patient's rights are protected.
- Participates in Performance Improvement.
- Assists with orientation of new personnel; supervises students during their clinical rotation.
- Promotes a safe environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred.
- NM Radiography Technologist (RRT) License or Temporary license required.
- ARRT R.T.(R) certification preferred at time of hire.
- Employee will have a period of 1 year to obtain ARRT certification.
