- Key Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking: Analyze and summarize trends in Regenerative Aesthetics to drive better external focus and competitor understanding.
- Insight Generation & Research Support: Synthesize market research outputs into clear insights and implications, collaborating closely with Market Intelligence team.
- Strategic Analysis: Build slides supporting product concept evaluation, portfolio strategy discussions, and competitive positioning.
- Campaign Launch Support: Assist in developing core marketing materials, messaging frameworks, and deliverables tracking.
- Cross-Functional Coordination Support: Help align input from multiple stakeholders into single outputs and assist with action items required.
- Project Management: Maintain timelines for key initiatives and track deliverables, assisting with development of presentations for a wide range of stakeholder groups.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, understandable content
- Excels at both analytical and creative tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
- Experience in brand development and management
- Understanding of medium- to long-term strategic development
- Background in developing messaging and collateral for patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Ability to develop strong internal customer relationships
Minimum Qualifications

- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Education
- Required:
- Recently graduated from an accredited undergraduate program in business, marketing, or a related field
- Preferred:
- Recently graduated from an accredited graduate program (MBA, MEd, PhD)
