THE JOB:
As a Race & Sports Manager, you'll lead the action behind the scenes — setting the tone for an energized, customer-focused environment. You'll inspire your team to deliver standout service, tackle challenges head-on, and create memorable experiences for every guest. Your leadership will help drive success, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and keep everything running in top form while following company standards. THE STARTING RATE:
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and coach Race & Sports employees to deliver exceptional service and maintain a strong, engaged team environment.

• Oversee Operations and Ensure Compliance: Manage daily operations, employee scheduling, and regulatory compliance, maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and integrity.

• Collaborate on Marketing and Communications: Partner with Marketing to promote Race & Sports activities, and keep the team informed through regular updates.

• Enhance Guest Experience and Drive Innovation: Maintain accurate guest records and assist in introducing new technologies and processes to keep operations competitive and guest-focused.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2 years of Race & Sports experience
• Bachelors degree or minimum of 4 additional years of experience in Race & Sports

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$67,281.00 - $112,135.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
