About the Role
We are looking for experienced R2R Controller to join our Finance organization and support local finance teams across the Eastern Europe & Mediterranean (EEM) region. The role focuses on harmonizing and enhancing Record to Report (R2R) processes to drive greater efficiency, consistency, and close collaboration between local finance teams and KONE Business Services (KBS).
Key Responsibilities
Support statutory audit preparation and financial statement reporting for multiple entities.
Collaborate closely with finance managers and chief accountants in the countries to ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
Partner with KBS to align local activities with shared service processes and promote process harmonization.
Support unit teams in ensuring effective controls over the Balance Sheet.
Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of R2R processes across the region.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in finance, ideally as a Senior Accountant, Chief Accountant, or similar
CPA or similar qualification is a plus
Strong understanding of IFRS, exposure to local accounting standards across EEM countries is a plus
Experience working in multinational environments, preferably with both business and with a shared service center (SSC)
Excellent analytical and collaboration skills, with the ability to balance local business needs and process efficiency
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools
Fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
