This Position reports to:
R&D Department Lead
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to set up and execute routine tests for different products in accordance with standard testing methodologies and requirements. Each day, you will perform your tasks or activities using skills and techniques as well as a practical understanding of concepts used in the field of technology. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring proper documentation of the test results.

This role is contributing to the {ELSP Agile Unit} in {Jiangmen}.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- 1, Specifying test plans: defining details, test sequences, testing methods and procedures, equipment and instrumentation to be used with reference to the applicable standards;
- 2, Performing related electronic tests to validate product performance, completing the test report on time, documenting the test data, and recording the findings;
- 3, Analyzing the test results according to the applicable standard for checking the compliance of the product tested; Analyzing the root causes of testing failures and reporting the findings to project manager; Providing design modification proposals to R&D project team to optimize the design;
- 4, Engaging actively in the R&D project team, closely tracking testing progress, and delivering results in line with project objectives;

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- 1, Master's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field;
- 2, Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics testing, validation, or quality assurance, preferably in product development environments involving hardware-firmware integration;
- 3, Expertise in electronics testing methodologies (functional, reliability, EMC, etc.) and advanced use of test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, power supply, thermal chambers);
- 4, Familiarity with hardware design principles, including schematic interpretation and PCB layout analysis;
- 5, Strong English communication skills to collaborate effectively with international R&D engineers;
- 6, Excellent problem-solving abilities to independently troubleshoot and resolve test failures.
