How you’ll make an impact- As Integration Test Team member, perform exploration tests and develop automated tests in Python.
- Implement functional and non-functional tests.
- Take part in the development and automation of test procedures and frameworks.
- Create efficient test strategies and test infrastructure ensuring alignment with project goals and technical requirements.
- Contribute to laboratory expansion by installing and configuring network equipment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, quality experts, product owners, domain experts and system architects.
- Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements, create and maintain test documentation including test plans and test reports.
- Explore AI tools applicable in QA area, contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
- Support the adoption of QA best practices and mentor team members in test methodologies across SAFe/SCRUM R&D teams.
- Focusing on safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
- BSc or MSc degree in IT, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics or similar area.
- At least 3+ years of experience in Python testing .
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks including Pytest and UI test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright).
- Experience with Linux systems, Bash, Git, virtualization, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Network management skills, e.g. VLANs configuration, understanding of TCP/IP stack or communication protocols (e.g. SNMP, MPLS), testing network management software is an advantage.
- Experience with laboratory test equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, solutions-oriented approach, willingness to learn and strong communication skills with spoken and written English.
