R&D Project Manager

What you will do:

· Responsible for leading the cross-functional team through the decision-making, planning, integration and execution of the project refer to Cytiva NPD process.

· Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all functions, organize, lead and motivate the project team to complete all project in scope tasks and meet project QDCP targets.

· Develop the project management plan via VPM or other tools and keep it up to date during the execution of the project, ensure on time delivery of NPD projects.

· Responsible for defining & managing the project budget, resources and schedule.

· Lead the decision-making process at the project level and at the right time, provide the project evaluation and project status report to management on a regular basis.

· Identify the risks, issues, and manage the associated mitigation/corrective action plans.

· Manage the overall project planning, organize arbitration and in event of deviation, propose and impellent corrective actions.

· Implement and support continuous improvement actions/projects and best practice project management replication throughout the company.

· Accomplish other tasks assigned by line manager.

Who you are:

· Major in Engineering with a bachelor’s degree or above, at least 3 years R&D project management experience.

· Successful lead the completion of projects, tracking and reporting on constraints, alone and as part of a team.

· Outstanding Project management techniques: planning, tracking and reporting on project metrics (cost, delivery, quality, etc.).

· Self-starting individual able to manage and deliver targets for multiple projects.

· Workable oral English to communicate with global project team and stakeholders.

· “Can do” attitude to focus self and team on project delivery.

· Strong Leadership ability, working with people and taking responsibility for issues.

· Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills, time Management and Organizational skills, Negotiation Skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

· Project Experience in Bio-pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, or Food & Beverage would be a plus.

· PMP certification would be a plus.
