  • Lead and deliver complex, multi-location R\&D projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Drive performance across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Elevate stakeholder engagement through clear communication.
  • Identify risks and opportunities early—and act quickly.
  • Apply best-in-class project management methodologies.
  • Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Champion customer value and internal alignment.
Your background
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in R&D or technical project management in the energy or industrial sector.
  • Knowledge of transformers or product development is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and technologies in the energy domain.
  • Skilled in project management tools, analytics, and gate models.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
