What We OfferResponsibilities:
Manage all planned R&D product trials and studies across all MTP production lines with full authority to approve, schedule, and decide on trial execution to improve Specialty Films production quality through strategic planning and quality improvement plans. This involves collecting requests, setting priorities, checking feasibility, finding best dates, and ensuring trials meet quality goals.
Plan and Coordinate resource allocation and production interface management for approved trials while ensuring seamless integration with commercial operations. This involves securing equipment, materials, personnel, and production time slots, balancing trial schedules with production demands, communicating with production, technical and planning teams, and optimizing resource utilization across all activities.
Exercise mandate to ensure complete trial documentation and compliance. This includes verifying proper completion of trial result, demanding comprehensive documentation from stakeholders, and maintaining strict adherence to trial and production protocols.
Monitor real-time trial execution and production operations while preparing comprehensive reports with data analysis on both trial outcomes and production issues. This may involve overseeing trial progress, conducting troubleshooting, leading post-trial evaluations, analyzing data, providing preventive actions, and ensuring continuous improvement through systematic integration.
Be the project lead for scale-up / hand over and product transfer processes following R&D development completion while ensuring effective teamwork aligned with OEE targets, cost effectiveness, and safe environment. This includes facilitating laboratory-to-production transition, ensuring knowledge transfer, validating scale-up parameters, and maintaining R&D-production collaboration for successful commercialization.
Continuously evaluate R&D trial outcomes to identify process improvements needed to enhance R&D efficiency and effectiveness, then collaborate with Operations teams and engage Extrusion expertise to implement necessary enhancements. This involves analyzing trial findings, working with Operations and Extrusion experts on solutions, and supporting improvement validation testing.
Provide flexible support for QS and R&D activities beyond extrusion operations while driving knowledge transfer between MTP and Global teams to enhance organizational capabilities. This includes understanding R&D processes and workflows, supporting diverse testing activities, facilitating cross-site collaboration, and implementing global best practices locally
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science, Engineering, Industrial Technology. Work experience: production line experience > 3 years
Master’s degree: industrial relate field ie Mechanic / Electrical / Chemistry or Science. Work experience: Production line experience 1-3 years.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues within the organization and across department.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English communication both speaking and writing
