Responsibilities:Develop and document a framework for Enka structure design, including filament configurations and polymer material selection.
Create comprehensive reports and presentations to guide new engineers and designers in future product development.
Assist in planning and executing a Design of Experiments (DoE), producing documentation to support training and baseline development efforts.
Utilize CAD software to model and refine 3D structural geometries for testing and analysis.
Conduct ASTM-compliant testing to evaluate compression strength across variable combinations of shape, filament diameter, and line speed, identifying optimal performance parameters.
Qualifications:Academic background in Polymer Science, Textile Engineering, or related disciplines
Hands-on experience with CAD software, textile manufacturing technologies, and statistical analysis methods
