CyberArk is looking for an experienced R&D Group Manager with a creative mindset and strong execution skills to lead multiple engineering teams within our SaaS Platform Department.
As an engineering manager, you will lead, mentor, and recruit team leaders, product owners, and architects who will help us build Saas platform services to fortify our cybersecurity offerings.
You will lead the entire development process from the planning phase through the development and testing process to successful daily releases to our customers.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Program Managers, UX/UI, HR, and others in R&D.

· Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, ensuring high performance and career growth.
· Drive the development, delivery, and operations of SaaS platform services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
· Align engineering efforts with business objectives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
· Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
· Defining aggressive goals for the group and the product while leading the group to achieve these goals.
· Take a crucial role in architectural and strategic decisions.

Qualifications· 4+ years of experience as a group manager focusing on SaaS products.
· Bachelor’s degree in science, Programming, or Engineering related field / Elite unit alumni.
· Ability to manage, track, and identify risks, bottlenecks, and challenges ahead of time and oversee technical coordination to resolve them.
· Ability to initiate and lead large-scale processes to completion.
· Enthusiastic about architecture, design, testing, and performance.
· Ability to drive technical excellence while balancing business needs and strategic goals.
· Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advantages:
· Background in identity security, privileged access management, or cybersecurity.
· Prior experience in designing and developing data-intensive products using microservices and event-driven architectures.
· Background in global R&D leadership, with responsibility for teams in different countries.
· Experience delivering enterprise-grade software for regulated environments (security, compliance, reliability).
· Cross-functional leadership and collaboration beyond direct teams working with PM, legal, peer services.
