Conduct adhesive and composite material testing, benchmarking, product suitability assessments, and manufacturing proofs of concept. Support laboratory equipment procurement, customer technical meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, product design, and manufacturing scale-up. Provide technical recommendations for customer applications, identify product development opportunities, and collaborate with internal R&D and external partners. The role requires hands-on composite processing expertise, customer-facing communication, project coordination, and knowledge of adhesive testing and composite manufacturing methods.

Education
- Engineering degree or Master's degree in Materials Science, Composites Engineering, Materials Chemistry and equivalent technical field
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the composites industry.
- Hands-on expertise in the testing and characterization of composite and adhesive materials.
- Significant experience in customer-oriented technical functions.

Excellent mastery of several composite processes:
- Prepreg
- RTM (Resin Transfer Molding)

- Experience with composite part and mold design
- Strong background in adhesives and composite material testing
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Excellent English and French language skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong teamwork and facilitative people leadership skills
