What You’ll Do
Research and develop innovative new solutions that will help to shape the future direction of Broadcom.
Work within a scrum team in an agile development environment, with an opportunity to gain exposure to many of the key agile roles.
Maintain and design code running on mainfraime products that meet functional and business requirements.
Participate in code reviews.
Participate in test plan reviews and develop automated test scripts to deliver high quality software solutions.
What You Need
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
Prior experience as a mainframe softeware developer.
Expertise in the following: IBM Assembler on z/OS, z/OS Language Environment (LE).
Experience with ASM, Pyhton language.
Expertise with unit testing frameworks.
Additional skills that will benefit your efforts
- Experience working in mainframe environments - zOS, TSO, JCL.
- Experience with mainframe programming languages - Assembler, C, C++, Metal cL, COBOL, REXX.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $91,000 - $146,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
