Responsibilities
- Design and develop manual and automated test cases for 93K product software (including AI features)
- Collect and report testing metrics, evaluate test results and product quality
- Develop new and optimize existing test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and stability
- Research, recommend, and apply suitable software test automation tools, including AI tools
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve test automation coverage
- Develop customized tools to support test management and enhance quality and efficiency
- Participate in or lead research and practice projects related to test automation and AI testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering, involving software testing, test automation (including API test automation), or software development; capable of working independently or leading a small team
- Proficient in Python, Java, JavaScript, Shell, or similar programming languages
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium/QFT for test case automation
- Experience with Continuous Integration environments using Jenkins
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile development processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent team collaboration skills; proactive in tackling challenges and finding solutions
- Strong learning ability, research mindset, and problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented, willing to invest extra time when needed to ensure objectives are met
Skills Required
