Job Description:Role Overview:
- Mixed-Signal / Analog IC Design Engineer to drive the design and verification of high-precision analog circuitry.
- Candidate will own the development of critical blocks, oversee physical implementation, and support silicon validation.
Required Qualifications, Education:
- MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 6+ years of industry experience; open to exceptional junior or senior talent.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Circuit Design: Architect and verify high-precision analog blocks, including voltage/current references, ADCs, DACs, regulators, comparators, and op-amps.
- Physical Implementation: Collaborate closely with custom and P&R layout teams to oversee physical design, verification, and closure.
- Silicon Validation: Build testing infrastructure and generate test vectors to validate analog blocks on silicon test chips.
- Documentation: Technical documentation, including datasheets, application notes and integration guides.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- EDA Tools: Deep proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso Schematic Capture and ADE.
- Simulation: Proven experience with SPICE-based simulators like Spectre, Hspice, Finesim.
- Modeling: Development of functional and timing models of analog designs, Verilog, Synopsys Liberty.
Preferred & Bonus Skills
- Mixed Signal Integration: RTL coding, synthesis, and verification of digital wrappers interfacing with analog blocks.
- Data Analysis: Familiarity with AI/ML tools and Python coding to analyze complex datasets and build predictive models.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is USD 109,700.00 To USD 175,500.00
