What You'll Be Responsible For
Business Analysis & Strategic Process Improvement
Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and future needs.
Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities across multiple functions.
Analyze current and future-state business processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and optimization.
Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable business and technology solutions.
Develop recommendations that balance business value, risk, implementation effort, and organizational priorities.
Enterprise Applications & Digital Enablement
Identify opportunities to maximize the value of enterprise platforms and digital capabilities.
Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business leaders to design and implement sustainable solutions.
Assess impacts of system enhancements, integrations, and process changes.
Support initiatives through requirements definition, solution design, testing, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Drive opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership
Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Facilitate decision-making and alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.

What You'll Bring
Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
Ideally possess minimum of 5-7 years of experience in:
Business Analysis

R&D Operations
Engineering or Product Development environments
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving business improvements.
Proven success delivering sustainable business outcomes through technology and process optimization.

Preferred Experience
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, medical devices, electronics, automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical, consumer products, or other regulated industries.
Exposure to governance, quality, compliance, and structured change environments.
