A&R and Production Senior Leader (M/W/D)

Main Mission: 

Develop long-term growth opportunities and execute an A&R and business development strategy to identify emerging talents and establish strong relationships with the top artists in Turkey. 

Duties: 

• Analyze the Turkish music market to identify and understand the addressable market size and new business opportunities. 

• Build and expand relationships with the artist community and local songwriters in Turkey to source and secure the best music. 

• Define and implement a sourcing strategy with clear priorities to identify and attract both emerging talents and top artists. 

• Lead the process of initiating and finalizing complex deals, ensuring alignment with central guidelines and internal processes. 

• Identify and drive new business development opportunities covering legal, financial, marketing, and communication aspects. 

• Set relevant KPIs to measure A&R and business development performance, and ensure regular reporting and data accuracy in internal tools. 

• Identify and share best practices with central and local teams to continuously improve the approach. 

• Fluent English is preferred 

• Strong experience in the Turkish music industry, with an excellent network. 

• Proven experience in business development and deal-making in the music sector. 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
