Provide day-to-day office management for Sentric's Liverpool office: supplies, facilities, access control, H&S, vendor management, guest welcome, IT troubleshooting, travel and meeting coordination, onboarding support, internal communications, and local engagement/CSR initiatives while aligning with the London office and central teams.

The IAM Engineer manages identity and access solutions using Okta, ensuring compliance and security while supporting business applications integration and documentation.

Perform market and competitive analyses, maintain and enhance data models and dashboards (Power BI), synthesize insights for Strategy, M&A and leadership, conduct ad hoc analyses, and collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure high-quality market reporting.

Maintain and evolve the Sage X3 Finance ERP: support RUN activities and deliver BUILD enhancements. Develop L4G customizations, build and optimize Crystal Reports, create technical solutions from functional specs, perform unit/integration testing, document developments, estimate effort, and collaborate with stakeholders and the Sage X3 tech lead to ensure stable, scalable ERP integrations and interfaces.

Own and administer the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform to support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. Ensure availability, performance, integrations, data quality, security and releases. Coordinate vendors, lead improvements, manage UAT/testing, provide training, maintain documentation and report roadmaps and KPIs to Finance stakeholders.

Lead customer reporting operations for Labels & Artists Solutions, manage a team, own SLAs and Jira backlog, investigate complex royalty/reporting issues using SQL and reporting tools, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, enforce process discipline and documentation, and drive operational excellence and stakeholder communication.
