Director responsible for building TuneCore’s global Growth and Brand marketing operating model. The role owns strategic and annual planning, governance, campaign and launch operations, performance measurement, dashboards, budget allocation, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment. It partners with Product, Finance, Data, Customer Experience, regional teams, and executive leadership to translate strategy into measurable execution. The position requires strong commercial, analytical, organizational, stakeholder-management, and marketing operations experience in a high-growth technology or digital consumer business.

Build and lead enterprise agentic AI systems, including orchestration, retrieval, multi-agent collaboration, tool integration, evaluation, observability, security, and production services. Establish engineering standards and frameworks that enable teams to develop reliable AI capabilities. Mentor engineers, guide architecture, write production-grade code, and drive cross-functional technical decisions across the organization.

Manage music catalogue acquisitions from valuation and pricing through due diligence, negotiation, deal closing, and post-acquisition integration. Analyze historical performance, model cash flows, determine acquisition prices, coordinate financial, legal, IP, and tax reviews, negotiate transaction terms, and prepare investment memoranda and presentations. The role works closely with senior executives, investors, entrepreneurs, artists, and integration teams.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable user-facing and backend systems for the music publishing industry. Build secure APIs, integrate third-party platforms, contribute to architecture and technical strategy, and champion quality, observability, and resilience. Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly, review agent-generated code, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor colleagues, and help improve engineering practices.

Manages Believe’s global compliance framework, focusing on KYC/KYB and third-party due diligence, anti-corruption controls, sanctions screening, data privacy processes, and insurance administration. The role designs risk-based workflows, conducts beneficial ownership checks, monitors compliance controls, supports GDPR and India’s DPDP requirements, prepares guidance and training, and coordinates international compliance projects. It requires strong judgment, analytical ability, communication skills, and experience with compliance screening and corporate intelligence platforms.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for French and Luxembourg entities, prepare journal and closing entries, manage fixed assets, intercompany transactions and bank reconciliations, ensure VAT and tax compliance, prepare local financial statements, support audits, and contribute to process improvements.

Lead and manage international accounting for multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accurate month-end and annual closings, IFRS compliance, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory audit support. Supervise and develop international controllers, deploy group accounting policies and finance tools, assist with non-routine transactions and M&A accounting, and drive improvements in processes, controls, and reporting across subsidiaries.

Lead finance transformation projects to optimize, standardize and automate transactional processes (P2P, O2C, R2R). Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, define scope and success metrics, manage governance and risks, support finance systems implementation, ensure data quality and compliance, and drive change management and user adoption across regions and business units.

Drive sync licensing and client acquisition across Europe by pitching to ad agencies, TV, and film markets; manage regional sync activities; negotiate cross-border publishing clearances; promote the catalog to music supervisors and brands; and execute showcases and marketing to grow revenue and client relationships.

Lead and manage the statutory consolidation process and IFRS consolidated financial statements. Plan and execute monthly and annual closings, calculate consolidation entries (including M&A), supervise intercompany reconciliations, perform controls and analyses (working capital, cash flow, equity, tax), draft group procedures, support M&A and corporate development, and act as primary contact for external auditors.

Maintain and evolve the Sage X3 Finance ERP: support RUN activities and deliver BUILD enhancements. Develop L4G customizations, build and optimize Crystal Reports, create technical solutions from functional specs, perform unit/integration testing, document developments, estimate effort, and collaborate with stakeholders and the Sage X3 tech lead to ensure stable, scalable ERP integrations and interfaces.

Own and administer the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform to support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. Ensure availability, performance, integrations, data quality, security and releases. Coordinate vendors, lead improvements, manage UAT/testing, provide training, maintain documentation and report roadmaps and KPIs to Finance stakeholders.
