Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do
✔ Coordinate spot quote requests across our international network
✔ Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses
✔ Manage customer deadlines and update internal systems consistently
✔ Support win‑ratio and revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service
✔ Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
✔ Collaborate closely with Account Management and partner branches
✔ Track KPIs and contribute to performance and process improvements

✅ Knowledge of Incoterms and transport documentation is an advantage

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft 365
