Job Overview:

Reports to: Sales Manager

Location: Seattle, WA

Compensation Range: $28.00 to $ 32.00 per hour (DOE) 

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 1st Shift or 2nd Shift 


Responsibilities:

  • Review customer quote information and prepare quotes utilizing support personnel as required
  • Technical drawing interpretation
  • Specification analysis
  • Review quote information and create and submit bid to customers within the required time frame
  • Itemize costs of services for each service provided Compute cost and price estimates for services provided using a wide variety of criteria
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and job files to facilitate smooth transition to other departments
  • Clarify any questions pertaining to invoices received by the customer
  • Respect confidentiality in discussing pricing, and other business-related practices

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
  • Experience: 4 plus years of experience in billing and estimating preferred
  • Drawing and specification interpretation preferred
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
