Job Overview:
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Compensation Range: $25.00 to $ 30.00 per hour (DOE)
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday; 2pm- 10:30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Review customer quote information and prepare quotes utilizing support personnel as required
- Review quote information and create and submit bid to customers within the required time frame
- Itemize costs of services for each service provided Compute cost and price estimates for services provided using a wide variety of criteria
- Maintain accurate paperwork and job files to facilitate smooth transition to other departments
- Prepare and distribute invoices as jobs are completed
- Clarify any questions pertaining to invoices received by the customer
- Respect confidentiality in discussing pricing, and other business-related practices

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience: 2 plus years of experience in billing and estimating
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
