The Opportunity

As our Analyst this individual will be responsible for coordinating the process that will deliver a competitively priced Ordering Document to prospective customers and seeing it through the opportunity closure process. The Analyst will work directly with members of our Sales and Renewals team to manage the contracting process. Working cross functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales and Renewals this role will be responsible for managing the execution of standard and non-standard Orders. The individual must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. They must have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and build relationships across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and understand product specifications, pricing structures, and contractual terms
  • Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to gather necessary information for order preparation
  • Provide support to sales and renewals teams in responding to customer queries regarding orders
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and renewal managers to structure deals that meet customer requirements while maximizing revenue and profitability
  • Provide historical analysis on existing customers’ purchases.
  • Educate sales team on how to best understand business rules around our Product.
  • Responsible for sending all approved orders to customers for signature.
  • Review and validate Orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies
  • Utilize CRM and order management systems to track orders and maintain accurate records
  • Support the sales and renewals team in closing opportunities
  • Ensuring order fulfillment information is accurate prior to closure to set up downstream teams for success
  • Analyze all opportunity records within Salesforce to identify potential roadblocks and provide actionable insights to the sales team for closing deals effectively
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing for closed opportunities within Salesforce
  • Support the Billing team with any inquires post opportunity closure as it relates to the order customer purchase order

Candidate Skills & Experience

  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 3+ years’ experience in relevant role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
