Business Unit/Department: Process Systems & Solutions 

Job Summary:

The quotation specialist role is an essential element to delivering a successful customer outcome. This position is responsible for handling quick turnaround customer requests and providing customers with the fastest, most accurate response possible. This position supports our inside sales teams by allowing them to focus on larger and more involved customer quotes. 

Location: Lawrence, PA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize customer input and/or specifications to help in the selection of applicable products 

• Develop, deliver and follow up on customer quotes in a timely manner 

• Support the delivery of positive customer outcomes throughout the quoting and fulfillment process 

• Support the inside and outside sales team in meeting customer expectations 

• Work in a fast-paced environment reacting to customer demand
 

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Will possess a two-year degree or equivalent industry experience 

• Will have the ability to develop and deliver solutions based on an understanding of the technical and business challenges of our market 

• Will possess negotiation skills 

• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task 

• Must be a team player able to work closely with account managers and employees from other business units
