Your Role: Meet the Challenge
In this role, you will be responsible for giving service and orientation to sales and commercial team while provides support in daily basis to engineering department.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the the ELSB Transformers Business Line based in Nogales.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Work closely with IT, Materials, Production and Quality departments to support ongoing initiatives, new projects, and daily tasks.
- Coordination with Customer Service to assist in customer product troubleshooting.
- Analyze and provide possible products meeting customer requirements.
- Provide technical data to Sales and Commercial teams when required.
- Provide support to new projects from Commercial team.
- Identify and be aware about which products have or may have significant impacts on sales to be included on future projects.
- Give orientation in products selection and orders placement.
- Provide reports to Engineering Leader and Technology Manager.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electromechanical or Electrical.
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Microsoft Office management.
- Good at handling multiple responsibilities and staying organized.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proficient for verbal/written communication in English.
- Work in a team environment.
