The Head of Marketing for Qunol will play a critical role in leading the company's marketing initiatives as well as identifying growth and new business opportunities. This individual will be a part of the Qunol leadership team and will work cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing and growth strategies, establish partnerships, and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background in the CPG (Consumer Product Good) industry, a proven track record of establishing and executing value creation plans, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: This person will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives. They will set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. They also work closely with senior leadership to develop and refine the overall growth strategy to expand the company's market presence and increase revenue. 

  • Brand Management: this role oversees the development and execution of brand strategies and ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels. They will manage and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation through effective marketing campaigns and public relations efforts.

  • Campaign Development and Management: This person will create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. They will be responsible for managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI on marketing expenditures.

  • Performance and Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape. Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's growth strategy. Monitors and analyzes key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives, identify areas for improvement and plan optimizations. They will establish data-driven insights to measure the success of different growth strategies.

  • Innovation:  Drive innovation strategy to deliver breakthrough growth opportunities through commercial and product innovation.

  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring professional development and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. They will oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of marketing organization.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team to align marketing strategies with company objectives and ensure seamless communication. They will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and industry influencers

About You

  • Post-bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (e.g., Masters, MBA or equivalent), Area of specialization: MBA

  • 15+ years of marketing experience in the CPG or VMS (Vitamin & Mineral Supplements) space.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute plans to achieve objectives.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and strategies.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics and growth strategies.

  • Track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and trends
